Codes like this could be a variety of different things, however if anything on the page hints towards the use of a phone or a keypad, this is what you need to do. Use either this picture, or one of your own phones and see which numbers the letters correspond to. For example, the letter D would be a 2, and the letter W would be a 9. Good luck!
